European Logistics Business

A Large ongoing mapping project for the UK for one of the largest Logistics companies in Europe. The project has involved mapping 30 different position types for multiple hires over the past 2 years. We have mapped in excess of 2000 people within 5 key competitors and to date the talent pool created has been responsible for over 40 hires and a cost saving Vs traditional recruitment fees of 60%. This is an ongoing assignment of which we both identify and manage the candidate pipeline.

We needed to act fast and recruit a number of senior and middle management positions essential to the growth of our business. Talent Works were able to react quickly to the need and was by for the most cost effective solution for our business. We needed to commence a mapping project across the UAE for Marketing, Finance and HR professionals. This was a large mapping and talent pooling project designed to support the growth of a large financial services corporation throughout the UAE. Ultimately this involved the mapping of 250 individuals for 30 hires over a period of 12 months. The business ended up hiring 34 people inside of 9 months below budget allocated for the recruitment project.
